Conditions for Returns and Exchanges


Return Eligibility

Customers are entitled to cancel their order before payment is completed, without incurring any fees.

  • • If items are received in perfect condition and match the order specifications (including part numbers and brands), they are eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of receipt, provided the order was placed with a local warehouse. If the customer received free shipping on the original order, they will be responsible for the actual shipping costs if they decide to return the items.
  • • Approved returns or exchanges will incur a 25{}estocking fee or a minimum charge of 50 SAR. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any bank transfer fees incurred.
  • • For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the customer will be charged the actual shipping costs for both directions upon return approval.
  • • Returned items must remain in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Electrical and electronic parts require special approval from warehouse management before they can be returned.

Manufacturing Defects and Incorrect Items

  • • If an item has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must have been handled exclusively by an authorized service center, and proof must be provided by the customer.
  • • If incorrect items are received (such as those with different part numbers or brands), customers may return them within 24 hours of receipt, provided they notify us within this timeframe.

International Orders

Orders fulfilled from international warehouses are classified as special orders and are not eligible for return or exchange. Once an international order has entered the preparation, processing, or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If a customer fails to receive their shipment, the package will be stored temporarily for one month. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping and storage fees to have the shipment re-sent. If the package is unclaimed beyond this period, it will be disposed of.
